Treatment.

Your Shiatsu treatment takes place in comfortable clothes on a soft mattress on the floor.  You can either lay down in supine or lateral position, if necessary, sitting position is also on option. We will find the best position for everybody, also if you are pregnant or limited in your mobility.

The treatment starts with an in-depth consultation in order to learn more about you, your needs and expectations. Each appointment lasts 60 minutes and includes the initial consultation as well as a post-treatment feedback.

 

How can I prepare myself for treatment?

Generally: Come as you are.

I suggest you to wear comfortable clothes to be able to move freely and to feel good: e.g. soft jogging pants, a long-sleeved shirt and fresh socks.
